Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2025

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bridgeplay website and the services made available through it. By using the site or engaging Bridgeplay for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are accessing the site or services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. References to "you" include that entity.

1. Service usage terms

1.1 Acceptable use

The site and services are intended for legitimate professional use related to game development planning and consulting. You agree to:

  • Use the site and services only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or engaging services.
  • Not use the site in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or associated systems.

1.2 Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or services to:

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code via contact forms or other inputs.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Service access and engagement

2.1 No account required

The Bridgeplay website does not require account creation to browse or submit enquiries. Service engagements are managed directly through correspondence rather than an account system.

2.2 Service enquiries

Submitting a contact form or sending a message does not constitute a contract or commitment from either party. A service engagement only begins when both parties have agreed in writing (including by email) to the scope, deliverables, and terms of a specific service.

2.3 Service scope

Each service offered by Bridgeplay has a defined scope. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement. Bridgeplay reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

3. Service availability and modifications

3.1 Availability

We aim to keep the website accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

3.2 Modifications

Bridgeplay may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

3.3 Geographic access

The website is accessible globally. However, Bridgeplay makes no representation that content or services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Site content

All content on the Bridgeplay website — including text, design, layout, and graphics — is the property of Bridgeplay and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

4.2 Service deliverables

Deliverables produced as part of a paid service engagement are transferred to you upon payment in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bridgeplay retains the right to reference the engagement type (not its contents) in general portfolio descriptions.

4.3 Your content

Any information you share with us in the course of an engagement (project files, descriptions, etc.) remains your property. We will not use it for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service.

5. Modification of these terms

Bridgeplay may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. The date at the top indicates when the page was last changed. Continued use of the site or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
